Megan PurdLee
Hello!Megan is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Reiki practitioner, and Somatic Healing practitioner whose work is devoted to helping individuals return to themselves through embodied, trauma-informed care.
With a background spanning clinical eating disorder treatment, nonprofit wellness initiatives, and private therapeutic practice, Megan brings a deeply integrative approach to healing that blends nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, yoga therapy, energy work, and compassionate presence.
Her professional experience includes working within inpatient and residential treatment settings, developing accessible wellness programming for underserved communities, and supporting clients across all stages of life, from adolescents to memory care populations. Beyond her clinical work, Megan has been deeply involved in the creation and development of wellness programs designed to make healing practices more accessible, sustainable, and community-centered. She has built programs from the ground up that continue to support communities today, integrating embodied healing, emotional support, and nervous system care into both clinical and community spaces.
As the creator of Boldly She, Megan also facilitates women’s workshops centered around embodiment, connection, healing, and radical self-discovery. Through these experiences, she creates intentional spaces where women are invited to reconnect with themselves and feel supported in returning to their lives with greater authenticity, self-trust, and compassion.
This breadth of experience has shaped a grounded and intuitive approach that honors the complexity of healing while creating spaces that feel safe, supportive, and deeply human. Her work reflects a passion not only for individual transformation, but for creating lasting systems of support that extend beyond the treatment room.
Megan believes healing happens not through force, but through reconnection to the body, the breath, the nervous system, and the wisdom already within. Her work invites clients into a softer, more sustainable relationship with themselves, rooted in embodiment, self-trust, resilience, and restoration.
Her ApproachMy work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens through safety, connection, and embodiment.
Drawing from yoga therapy, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and Reiki, I offer an integrative approach that supports the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Each experience is grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care and designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and deeply human.
I believe healing is not about fixing who you are, but softening back into yourself with greater awareness, self-trust, and resilience.
